Nationwide Membership & Guest Visit Policy

Before using your Nationwide Membership, please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth visit to any participating YMCA.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Valid for active, full-facility YMCA members only
  • Insurance-based memberships (including SilverSneakers) do not qualify
  • Program-only participants and special memberships are not eligible

Usage Guidelines

  • Nationwide members must use their home YMCA at least 51% of the time on a monthly basis
  • Your home YMCA membership will be verified upon visiting another location
  • Members must ensure the visiting YMCA offers the services and amenities they plan to use

Visiting Another YMCA

  • Bring a valid photo ID for each visit
  • Visitors may be required to:
    • Complete a membership form
    • Have a photo taken
    • Undergo an ID check
    • Be screened through the national sex offender registry
  • A waiver must be signed when visiting a YMCA outside your home branch
  • Policies and procedures may vary slightly by location

Guest Visit Policy

  • Nationwide members are allowed up to 6 visits at our facility
  • After 6 visits, a guest pass fee will apply:
    • $12 per family (discounted from $17)
    • $6 per adult (discounted from $9)
